HOT YOGA will now be offered on Tuesday nights in the Uptown. This class is offered on the top floor of the Urban Deli (Back Entrance)

To find it: Drive down Germain toward King Street, Take a right and up the alley directly facing our 87 Germain Street Studio, Look left and you will see a bright “KAMIZA Studio” sign on a door. Voila!
