At the Yoga Outlet we are dedicated to sharing the practice of  Yoga to our community.  Our yoga spaces are dedicated to the practice and are ultimately intended to be a learning sanctuary – a place to come home to and recharge your energy.

We believe in the power of the physical practice of asana (yoga pose or postures) and its many proven many benefits. Over 5000 years to be exact!  In the physical practice it is all about lengthening and strengthening muscle and connective tissues, creating a detoxifying sweat, improving focus, balance, and of course, meeting other Yogis (people who practice yoga).  Our philosophy is that a regular yoga practice builds ones ability to pay attention –perhaps at first to where your arms and legs are, then to the breath, and eventually to something more, something beyond body, breath or mind. It is this journey that we invite you to join us on.

We believe that Yoga can:
